For this project we had to design a poster for the Calgary Comic Expo. Being a big Star Wars fan I decided to base my poster off that. The thinking process was difficult. It took me hours to come up with my final design. 

The poster below was my first take on it. I wasn't very pleased with it, I knew I could'v done better. There was no creativity in it at all. 

The poster down below is my final design. At time I had found my parents old camcorder and found some VHS tapes. I was intrigued by the design of it. I looked up more VHS tape packaging and figured to try to design some Star Was themed packaging. 

Each packaging represents each section of the trilogy. The first packaging represents the prequels (Ep I-III). The second one represents the sequels (Ep IV-VI) and the last packaging represents the last episodes of the trilogy (Ep VII-IX).
